Chyawamprash is a fruit compote renowned in the Ayurvedic tradition for its invigorating and toning properties. Based mainly on the Amalaki fruit (Phyllantus emblica L.), known in India as Amla, this preparation offers numerous health benefits, making it suitable for people of all ages.

Origin and Tradition

The name Chyawamprash derives from the sage Chyavana, associated according to Ayurvedic tradition with the discovery of the beneficial properties of this compote. In Ayurveda, Chyawamprash is classified as a rasayana, a category of remedies that promote longevity, vigor and vitality, delay the aging process and counteract weakness.

Thanks to its high vitamin C content, Amalaki is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. The vitamin C in Chyawamprash is particularly stable, maintaining its effectiveness even after drying or boiling, thanks to its combination with tannic acids.

Regular intake of Chyawamprash supports the immune system

Chyawamprash stimulates cell regeneration, contributing to tissue rejuvenation and improving the appearance of the skin.

It tones various body systems and sensory organs, improving overall well-being. Provides a natural source of energy, helping to reduce tiredness and improve daily vitality.

Chyawamprash can be consumed by the whole family, from children to the elderly.
