Ingredients : Alcohol, Water, extracts of: GERANIUM (Geranium robertianum L.) flowering plant, BIRCH (Betula pendula Roth.) leaves, PARIETARIA (Parietaria officinalis L.) aerial parts, BLUEBERRY (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) leaves, CORN (Zea mays L.) stigmas, VERONICA (Veronica officinalis L.) flowering aerial part, ARTICHOKE (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves.

Characteristics :

The main disinfectant action of the urinary tract is carried out by two key plants: Vaccinium myrtillus and Betula pendula . Vaccinium myrtillus, also known as blueberry, contains arbutin, a compound that has proven effective in disinfecting the urinary tract. Betula pendula, or birch, contains betulalbine, which also helps maintain the well-being of the urinary tract.

Alongside the disinfectant action, there are decongestant and antipyretic properties, thanks to a series of plants rich in tannins. Geranium robertianum , Veronica officinalis , Cynara scolymus , and again Vaccinium myrtillus and Betula pendula, help reduce inflammation. These plants, thanks to their tannins, help reduce swelling and combat fever linked to urinary infections.

Zea mays , or corn, together with Vaccinium myrtillus, Veronica officinalis, Cynara scolymus, Betula pendula and Parietaria officinalis (also called vitriola herb), act as powerful diuretics. These plants promote the elimination of excess fluids from the body, thus helping to flush bacteria from the urinary tract.

Finally, the risk of infections arising from the gut, such as those caused by Escherichia coli, is addressed by regulating intestinal function. Cynara scolymus (the artichoke) and Veronica officinalis play an important role thanks to their hepatostimulating properties. These plants help improve digestion and liver function, thus reducing the risk of urinary infections originating from the intestine.
